About
Why Draper Code exists.
Healthy businesses, with talented people, trapped doing by hand what AI already solves. Draper Code exists to fill that gap with real implementation, in weeks.
In 2026 the same scene repeats in small and mid-size companies: smart owners and capable teams, all trapped in reports, quotes, follow-ups, and messages that repeat.
Not for lack of will. For lack of someone who understands both business and technology at the same time, and delivers fast without selling hot air.
Who's behind it
Who's behind it
A founder with more than ten years in digital transformation, industrial engineer trained in AI.
I'm Rodrigo Ávila, founder of Draper Code.
I've spent more than ten years in development and digital transformation agencies, the last three as Senior Project Manager at Bounteous, leading teams of 20 to 40 people for retail, finance, health, and consumer companies.
I saw the same scene in three-person and four-thousand-person businesses: talented people trapped in reports, quotes, follow-ups, and messages that repeat. Draper Code exists to give back those hours.
Industrial engineer from Tec de Monterrey, trained in AI and machine learning at MIT Professional Education. I work with businesses in Spain, Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, and the rest of Europe and Latin America.
If your day goes to tasks that repeat, book 30 minutes and I'll tell you where to start.
How we think
How we think
Build instead of advise, speak clearly, deliver in weeks, and say no when it's time.
Build, don’t just advise.
Anyone can tell you what to do. We do it. Every project ends with something running in your business, not a presentation.
Human language, always.
AI sounds complicated because it pays a lot of people to make it sound that way. We explain what we do in words anyone understands.
Weeks, not quarters.
Diagnostic in two weeks, first automation working in under two months. It’s not magic: it’s method and tools well applied.
Honesty about what we can’t do.
If your case doesn’t fit, we tell you. If AI isn’t the answer, we tell you. If it’s going to take longer than you think, we tell you before signing.
Tell us what repeats.
Thirty minutes, no sales pressure. If there's something to automate, we tell you where to start. If not, we tell you that too.
