These terms govern the use of drapercode.com. By browsing the site, you accept them. If you don't, stop using it.

The AI consulting and implementation services Draper Code offers are governed by a separate contract signed between the parties for each project. This document does not replace that contract.

2. Use of the site.

You agree to use the site in good faith and without violating applicable laws. Specifically you must not:

• Try to access non-public parts of the site.
• Reverse-engineer or copy content without authorization.
• Use the contact form for spam or unrelated commercial use.

3. Intellectual property.

The content, design, code and materials of drapercode.com belong to Draper Code. You may quote it with attribution and link to the original. You may not reproduce it at scale or use it for competing services.

4. Service guarantee.

When you hire Draper Code services, this guarantee applies:

If what we implement doesn't deliver what was promised in the project contract, you don't pay.

The exact terms of the guarantee are specified in each individual contract.

5. Limitation of liability.

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts for the information to be accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or always available.

Draper Code is not liable for business decisions you make based solely on site information without having contracted a formal service.

6. Privacy & cookies.

Your privacy is covered by our privacy notice and our cookie policy.

7. Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, unless the client is a consumer, in which case their rights under local law apply.
