Cookie policy.

Last updated · May 19, 2026

This site (drapercode.com) uses only necessary technical cookies to function properly. To understand site usage, we measure visits in a fully anonymous way, without cookies and without profiling.

What is a cookie.

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device when you visit. It remembers information (preferred language, session, preferences) between visits.

Cookies we use.

1. Necessary technical cookies.

Essential for the site to work. No consent required because without them the site doesn't operate.

  • Language preference (ES/EN)
  • Informational banner state (so we don't show it again after your acknowledgment)

2. Analytics cookies.

We don't use analytics cookies. Instead, we measure visits with privacy-first technologies that do NOT use cookies, do NOT identify you, and do NOT share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Marketing cookies.

We don't use marketing or ad cookies. Period.

How we measure site usage (without cookies).

We use a privacy-first tool to measure basic traffic and performance. It does not use cookies, does not identify visitors, and does not share data with third parties for advertising purposes:

  • Vercel Analytics: anonymous visit counts + web performance metrics (load speed, Core Web Vitals) aggregated anonymously. No cookies, no fingerprinting. Policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

How to control cookies.

The banner you see when entering is informational, not consent-based — because we only use necessary technical cookies that don't require your authorization. You can clear technical cookies anytime from your browser settings. To block Vercel Analytics (even though it doesn't use cookies), use an extension like uBlock Origin.

Legal framework.

This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), and applicable local laws in countries where we operate.
