AI Sprint · 5 days · locked scope

One process in your business, automated in 5 business days.

AI Sprint is a closed engagement: we start Monday, you get a working workflow in your own account by Friday. No retainers, no endless discovery, no "phase 1 of 4." One process, one week, fixed price.

// 5 business days · scope locked with you before kickoff · 1 active Sprint at a time

Who it's for

Three kinds of business that already know which task is eating their hours.

If you don't know what to automate yet, this Sprint isn't for you. Start with a 2-week diagnostic, not here.

Professional firms

Accounting, legal, consultancies, architects. You lose 8-15 hours a week on repetitive tasks you don't bill: extracting data from PDFs, drafting minutes, moving info between systems that don't talk to each other.

Marketing or content agencies

Briefs arriving by email, proposals written by hand every week, reports three juniors assemble by copy-paste. Your creative team should be in Photoshop, not in Notion.

Solo founders already billing

A business that works and one daily task eating 1-2 hours. Quoting, lead qualifying, follow-ups, generating call minutes. You get those hours back without hiring anyone.

Catalogue

Five processes we already have solved. You pick one.

We don't do discovery inside the Sprint. You arrive with one process from the catalogue, we deliver the workflow running. If your process isn't here, we talk before charging anything.

01

Auto-generated quotes and proposals

Brief lands in your inbox → proposal draft ready in 3 minutes, with your template, your tone, your pricing.

// For: agencies, consultancies, freelancers quoting weekly.

02

Automatic meeting minutes + action items

You record the call → structured minutes + task list + follow-up emails ready to send.

// For: any business that lives in meetings. Highest ROI in the catalogue.

03

Automatic inbound lead qualification

Lead arrives via web or WhatsApp → bot qualifies against your criteria → only the warm ones hit your calendar.

// For: closing the sales loop. You stop filtering manually.

04

PDF data extraction (invoices, contracts, reports)

Upload the PDF → structured data into the right system, with guardrails built from 20 of your real samples.

// For: accounting, admin, firms with document volume.

05

WhatsApp triage + conversational sales

Message comes in → classification + suggested or automatic reply based on your rules → human handoff when there's real buying intent.

// Applies when WhatsApp is your real lead channel. Strong in Mexico and LATAM (Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru) and in Spain, for example, for clinics, real estate, restaurants, hotels and local commerce.

How it works

Monday we start. Friday it runs in your account.

Day 1 · Mon

Kickoff

60-min call. We sign the Sprint Brief, define the 10 test cases, you hand over access. Scope locked.

Day 2 · Tue

Core build

We build the workflow end-to-end. Runs on dummy data. Not pretty yet, it works.

Day 3 · Wed

Tuning

We plug in your real integrations. We iterate until 8 of the 10 test cases pass cleanly.

Day 4 · Thu

Hardening + docs

Error handling, logging, edge cases. Production mode. We write the operational doc.

Day 5 · Fri

Handoff

45-min call. Workflow running + 8-12 min Loom + 1-page Notion + 30 days email support.

// Honest fine print

The 5 days are business days. The scope is agreed and signed on Day 0 before the clock starts. Anything outside doesn't get squeezed in mid-week — we log it for a next Sprint or we quote it separately. This is what makes us finish in 5 days and not in 3 months.

Locked scope. No Friday surprises.

FAQ

Real questions, short answers.

What if my process is too complex for 5 days?

+
If it doesn't fit in 5 days, we don't take it. We tell you in the 20-min call, and if it makes sense we propose a Plan AI (larger 30-day engagement). We don't charge a Sprint we know won't close cleanly.

What tools do you use?

+
n8n for orchestration, OpenAI / Anthropic for AI models, Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets / Postgres for data, and we connect with Stripe / Gmail / WhatsApp Business API / Slack / HubSpot and more. Pragmatic stack, no weird vendor lock-in.

Does the workflow run in my accounts or yours?

+
Yours. Self-hosted by default: your n8n, your API keys, your data. You pay your APIs ($15-50/month depending on the case). Draper doesn't keep a parasitic recurring fee.

What counts as a "business day"?

+
Monday to Friday. If we start Wednesday, we finish the following Tuesday. If a national holiday hits during the Sprint, we adjust the handoff date in writing before Day 1.

What if we want to add something mid-Sprint?

+
We log it for a next Sprint or we quote it separately. Scope closes on Day 0 before the clock starts so the 5 days are pure execution, not negotiation. Changing scope mid-week is what makes these projects drag to 3 months at other agencies.

What if I need changes after the Sprint?

+
30 days email support included for bugs. Scope changes or new features are quoted separately (hourly or mini-Sprint). The workflow is yours, modify it yourself or have someone else do it.

Why so cheap?

+
Because we only do TOP 5 catalogue processes, we already have templates 60-85% solved, and scope is locked tight. It's not cheap because it's mediocre: it's cheap because it's repeatable. We deliver in 5 actual business days, not in 5 weeks sold as 5 days.

Who does the work?

+
The same Draper Code team from start to finish. No junior, no handover, no "we'll connect you with someone else." Whoever designs the Sprint on the Day 1 call is the one who builds and delivers on Day 5.

Can I run two Sprints in parallel?

+
No. 1 active Sprint at a time is an operational rule, not marketing. It guarantees Friday actually ships. If you need two processes, the second starts when we close the first (or you move to Plan AI).
